This Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy outlines prohibited conduct, monitoring practices, enforcement procedures, and consequences for fraudulent or abusive behavior on the Natty Hatty platform.

This policy applies to:

• All Organizations

• Coaches and staff

• Parents and guardians

• Adult users

• Third-party vendors

• Anyone interacting with Natty Hatty’s systems

Youth-sports safety and financial integrity are the highest priorities.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy protects against:

• Payment fraud

• Identity fraud

• Misuse of minors’ information

• Unauthorized charges

• Abuse of payment-on-file

• Fake accounts

• Platform exploitation

• Unauthorized data scraping

• Signature/waiver manipulation

• Attempts to circumvent platform fees

Natty Hatty enforces a zero-tolerance standard for any behavior that puts minors, Organizations, or the platform at risk.

2. Types of Prohibited Fraud & Abuse

2.1 Payment Fraud

Including but not limited to:

• Using stolen or unauthorized credit cards

• Chargeback abuse

• Initiating payments on behalf of users without consent

• Attempting to bypass Stripe verification

• Manipulating fees, refunds, or payouts

• Misrepresenting transaction purposes

• Using Natty Hatty for non-youth-sports commercial payments

The Payments Policy governs chargebacks, misuse of payment credentials, and refund penalties.

2.2 Identity & Account Fraud

Prohibited actions include:

• Creating fake parent, athlete, or coach profiles

• Impersonating another individual

• Falsifying minor information (age, gender, eligibility)

• Circumventing background checks or screening

• Registering minors without parental consent

• Using multiple identities to exploit platform features

Any identity fraud involving minors triggers immediate account termination.

2.3 Signature & Document Fraud

Natty Hatty prohibits:

• Forging e-signatures

• Manipulating PDF documents

• Altering audit trails

• Tampering with hashing/timestamp mechanisms

• Creating fake waivers or contracts

• Uploading deceptive or invalid legal documents

All Natty Hatty Signature records are immutable; fraudulent alterations will be flagged and reported.

2.4 Unauthorized Data Access & Scraping

Banned activities include:

• Scraping athlete, parent, or roster data

• Automated extraction of program info

• Bypassing rate limits

• Bot activity attempting to harvest minors’ information

• Attempts to access restricted data

Natty Hatty enforces strict rate limits and abnormal-behavior detection.

2.5 Abuse of Payment on File (Strict Penalty)

As per Payments Policy:

• Unauthorized charging of cards on file

• Charging without proper consent

• Charging for services not rendered

• Misrepresentation of refund eligibility

Unauthorized use triggers:

• $500 penalty

• Full reimbursement of all charges

• Account termination

• Potential law enforcement referral

2.6 Program & Pricing Manipulation

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Misrepresenting program details

• Falsifying discounts or limited-time offers

• Creating fake events to collect payments

• Creating duplicate accounts to avoid platform fees

• Incentivizing users to bypass Natty Hatty’s payment system

Organizations may be immediately removed for fraudulent program conduct.

2.7 Harassment, Abuse, or Exploitation

Zero-tolerance for:

• Harassment of minors

• Abusive communication

• Coercive payments

• Extortion using platform data

• Grooming, sexual misconduct, predatory behavior

Natty Hatty will notify law enforcement when minors are at risk.

3. Monitoring & Detection Mechanisms

Natty Hatty uses automated and manual systems including:

• Device fingerprinting

• IP tracking

• Rate-limit triggers

• Bot & scraper detection

• Payment velocity monitoring

• Refund abuse alerts

• Signature integrity checks

• Login anomaly detection

• Account behavioral analysis

Natty Hatty reserves the right to freeze or restrict accounts pending review.

4. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, Natty Hatty may:

• Disable accounts

• Suspend Organizations

• Freeze payouts

• Require identity verification

• Lock payment features

• Disable messaging or roster access

• Suspend Signature usage

• Remove user-generated content

• Terminate services immediately

• Report to Stripe

• Notify law enforcement or child protection

Cases involving minors receive highest priority and may be escalated without notice.

5. Penalties & Financial Consequences

Violations may trigger:

• $500 unauthorized payment-on-file penalty

• Reimbursement of fraudulent charges

• Stripe dispute fees

• Platform enforcement fees

• Recovery of processed payouts

5.2 Subscription Termination

Natty Hatty may:

• Cancel Business Center subscriptions

• Remove staff access

• Deny future onboarding

• Block new accounts linked to fraud signals

5.3 Reporting to External Entities

Natty Hatty may report fraud to:

• Stripe

• Banks & card networks

• Local and federal law enforcement

• SafeSport

• Child-protection agencies

6. Responsibilities of Organizations

Organizations must:

• Prevent unauthorized staff access

• Approve coaches only after verified screening

• Monitor abnormal account behavior

• Report fraud to Natty Hatty immediately

• Maintain internal records of decisions

• Avoid sharing admin logins

• Ensure accurate program descriptions and pricing

• Use lawful waivers & documents

Natty Hatty does not verify Organization compliance.

7. Responsibilities of Parents & Users

Parents/guardians must:

• Provide accurate identity/athlete data

• Use their own payment method

• Report unauthorized transactions

• Guard login credentials

• Avoid parent-to-parent financial schemes

• Communicate concerns promptly

Fraudulent registrations or misrepresentation may lead to deactivation.

8. Reporting Fraud or Abuse
