Natty Hatty — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how users may access and interact with Natty Hatty’s platform, applications, and services (“Services”).
By using Natty Hatty, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension, termination, legal action, and/or reporting to appropriate authorities.
1. Prohibited Activities
1.1 Fraud, Misrepresentation & Illegal Activity
Users may not:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including identity, age, waiver details, medical information, or parental/guardian status).
Forge, falsify, or tamper with digital signatures, documents, audit trails, or consent records.
Use the Services in connection with illegal, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
Attempt to impersonate another person, coach, organization, or guardian.
Natty Hatty may verify identity and document authenticity through IP, device data, timestamps, and internal fraud-prevention measures.
2. Misuse of Waivers, Forms & E-Signatures
Users may not:
Upload or distribute waivers or policies they do not have rights or authority to use.
Collect signatures from individuals without their informed consent.
Use waivers or signatures to deceive, coerce, or misrepresent obligations.
Modify, alter, or re-upload signed documents to change meaning or legal terms.
Use Natty Hatty signatures for any activity outside youth sports or the intended organizational purpose.
Any attempt to compromise or bypass the eIDAS / ESIGN / UETA compliant signature process is strictly prohibited.
3. Safety of Minors (Children Protection Requirement)
Because Natty Hatty operates in the youth sports ecosystem, the following are strictly forbidden:
Posting, uploading, or sharing any inappropriate, exploitative, harmful, or abusive content involving minors.
Contacting minors in an unsolicited, inappropriate, or non-sports-related manner.
Using the platform to stalk, harass, monitor, or target minors.
Collecting or attempting to collect personal data of minors outside legitimate youth sports operational use.
Misrepresenting your relationship to a minor to gain access to their information (e.g., posing as a guardian).
Using communications tools on Natty Hatty for bullying, harassment, abuse, or coercion.
Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance policy and may immediately report violations to law enforcement or child protection authorities.
4. Platform Abuse, System Interference & Unauthorized Access
You may not:
Interfere with or disrupt Natty Hatty’s systems, networks, APIs, or security features.
Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, spiders, crawlers) to access, copy, or extract data without written permission.
Attempt to bypass platform protections, rate limits, or verification layers.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the platform.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
This includes prohibited attempts to extract:
Team data
Player data
Waiver templates
Customer lists
Payment information
Any competitive intelligence
5. Payments Abuse & Financial Misconduct
You may not:
Use Natty Hatty to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or evade financial regulations.
Initiate payment requests to individuals who have not agreed to pay.
Misrepresent payment descriptions, fees, dues, refund policies, or obligations.
Charge customers outside the permitted use case (e.g., using tryout fees for unrelated purposes).
Retry failed payments without authorization or attempt to bypass chargeback processes.
Natty Hatty may pause or investigate any transaction flagged for fraud, abuse, or misuse.
6. Content Restrictions
Users may not upload, post, or distribute:
Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory, or abusive content.
False, defamatory, or misleading statements.
Pornographic, explicit, or violent material.
Doxing content, including unauthorized sharing of personal information.
Anything intended to harm, shame, or endanger individuals, teams, minors, or organizations.
All content must be respectful, professional, and relevant to youth sports.
7. Data Privacy & Unauthorized Data Use
You may not:
Access data you are not authorized to view.
Use scraped or exported data outside the permitted organizational purpose.
Sell, share, or transfer customer or athlete data to unauthorized third parties.
Store personal data in ways that violate privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR, CCPA).
Collect biometric, medical, or sensitive data without explicit consent.
8. Security Obligations
Protect login credentials and account access.
Notify Natty Hatty immediately of unauthorized access.
Use the platform in a way that maintains signature integrity, audit trails, and timestamp accuracy.
Compromised accounts used for abuse may be suspended.
9. Organizational Responsibilities
Clubs, facilities, coaches, and administrators must:
Use the platform only for legitimate youth sports operations.
Ensure waivers and forms reflect accurate organizational policies.
Obtain necessary permissions from guardians for minors.
Use the platform ethically and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
10. Enforcement, Suspension & Termination
Natty Hatty reserves the right to:
Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP.
Immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
Remove or disable access to harmful content.
Withhold or delay payments during investigations.
Report severe violations to relevant authorities, including:
Law enforcement
Child protection agencies
Financial regulatory bodies
Payment processors
11. Reporting Violations
To report suspected abuse, misuse, or prohibited activity:

Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.
12. Changes to This Policy
Natty Hatty may update this AUP periodically.
Updated versions will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
