1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

• “Content” means any comment, reply, text, or information submitted by a user through the Blog Platform.

• “User” means any person who logs in through a Natty Hatty Customer App account to post comments.

2. Ownership of Your Content

You retain full ownership and copyright over all Content you submit.

Natty Hatty does not claim ownership of your Content.

However, by posting Content, you must grant us certain limited rights so the Blog Platform can operate.

3. License You Grant to Natty Hatty

By posting Content on the Blog Platform, you grant Natty Hatty a:

Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license

to:

• Host

• Display

• Reproduce

• Process

• Transmit

• Store

• Publish

…your Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and displaying the Blog Platform.

This license is:

✓ Limited

It does not allow Natty Hatty to sell, license, or commercially use your Content outside the Blog Platform without permission.

✓ Non-transferable (except to subprocessors)

Shared only with service providers who operate infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare, etc.).

✓ Non-sublicensable

Except as required to deliver hosting, logging, or CDN services.

✓ Revocable

If you delete your comment or request deletion, Natty Hatty will stop using the Content in public-facing areas.

✓ Purpose-bound

Used only to operate the Blog Platform — not for ads, marketing, or product training.

4. No AI or Machine Learning Use

Natty Hatty does not use Blog Platform comments or Content for:

• AI training

• Machine learning models

• Behavioral profiling

• Automated decision-making systems

Natty Hatty only processes Content as needed to display it publicly.

5. Representation & Warranty

By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the Content, or

• You have permission to post it

• Your Content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other IP rights

• Your Content does not violate any laws or Blog Platform policies

You are responsible for ensuring your Content is lawful and appropriate.

6. Public Display of Content

You understand and agree that:

• Comments are publicly visible

• Comments may be indexed by search engines

• Your display name and profile image (if enabled) appear with your Content

• Deleted comments may remain in backup systems for a limited time

7. License Termination

You may terminate the license at any time by:

• Deleting your comment

• Requesting deletion atlegal@nattyhatty.com

After deletion:

• The Content will no longer appear publicly

• Natty Hatty will cease use of the Content

• Backups may retain copies for limited periods (standard retention)

8. Natty Hatty’s Rights to Remove or Modify Content

Natty Hatty may remove Content that violates:

• Community Guidelines

• UGC Policy

• Moderation Policy

• Applicable laws

• Youth safety standards (zero tolerance)

Natty Hatty is not obligated to restore removed Content.
