Natty Hatty Blog Platform — Illegal Content Policy

Natty Hatty, Inc. (“Natty Hatty,” “we,” “our”) prohibits the use of the Natty Hatty Blog Platform at blog.nattyhatty.com (“Blog Platform”) for posting or distributing illegal or harmful content.
Because Natty Hatty serves youth-sports communities, we maintain the strictest possible standards for content safety.
Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance policy for anything that endangers minors.
This Policy explains what constitutes illegal content, how it is handled, and what actions Natty Hatty may take.
1. Categories of Illegal or Prohibited Content
Users may not post, upload, transmit, or share any content that:
1.1 Child Safety & Exploitation (Automatic Removal + Mandatory Escalation)
This includes:
Sexualized or inappropriate content involving minors
Discussion normalizing exploitation, grooming, or predatory behavior
Attempts to contact or identify minors
Posting names, photos, ages, or identifying details of minors
Bullying, harassment, or shaming a minor
Any content violating child protection laws
Zero tolerance. Immediate removal. Law enforcement escalation may occur.
1.2 Copyright-Infringing Material
Unlicensed copying of articles, books, posts, images, or other protected works
Material violating the DMCA or similar laws
Content pasted from other sites without permission
Such material is Handled under our DMCA Takedown Policy.
1.3 Harassment, Hate, or Threatening Behavior
Illegal content includes:
True threats (criminal)
Targeted harassment or stalking
Hate speech that violates anti-discrimination laws
Incitement to violence
Doxxing or releasing private information
1.4 Criminal Activities or Promotion of Illegal Conduct
Examples include:
Promotion of drug use
Weapons trafficking
Fraud, scams, or phishing
Financial crime or instructions for committing illegal acts
Malicious hacking
Encouraging self-harm or harm to others
Extortion or blackmail
1.5 Defamation or False Statements Causing Harm
Posting knowingly false statements that:
Harm a person’s reputation
Accuse someone of crimes without evidence
Falsely identify an individual
Fabricate stories involving minors
1.6 Privacy Violations
It is illegal or prohibited to publish:
Home addresses
Phone numbers
Personal email addresses
Medical data
Private family information
Identity documents
Financial information
Especially when involving minors.
1.7 Malicious or Harmful Content
Including:
Viruses
Malware
Worms
Phishing links
Drive-by downloads
Tracking links designed to bypass security
1.8 Impersonation, Fraud & Misrepresentation
Illegal when used to:
Pretend to be another person
Impersonate an organization or coach
Impersonate Natty Hatty staff
Mislead others for personal or financial gain
2. How Natty Hatty Responds to Illegal Content
When illegal content is detected (manually or automatically), Natty Hatty may take one or more of the following actions:
Remove the content immediately
Suspend or block the user’s commenting privileges
Disable the associated Natty Hatty Customer App account
Notify the user by email (optional)
Retain evidence if legally required
Escalate matters to:
Law enforcement
Child protection authorities
Relevant safety agencies
Natty Hatty’s first obligation is safety, especially for minors.
3. Reporting Illegal Content
Users can report illegal or high-risk content by contacting:

Reports involving minors receive priority handling and may trigger immediate escalation.
4. Mandatory Preservation of Evidence
If Natty Hatty detects or receives a report of illegal content, we may take the following actions:
Temporarily preserve logs
Store relevant metadata
Retain copies for legal compliance
Cooperate with law enforcement authorities
Natty Hatty retains only the minimum information required for legal and safety purposes.
5. No Expectation of Explanation
To protect minors and comply with legal guidance:
Natty Hatty may decline to provide detailed reasoning for content removal decisions
We may remove content without prior notice
We do not disclose specifics of law enforcement reports or investigations
Moderation decisions are final
6. Repeat or Severe Violations
Natty Hatty may permanently:
Ban the user from commenting
Block the user’s login access
Suspend or terminate the linked Customer App account
Block IP ranges
Disable session tokens
Restrict future access to Natty Hatty properties
Severe cases (especially child-safety issues) lead to immediate and permanent bans.
7. No Monitoring Guarantee
Natty Hatty does not guarantee that:
All content is reviewed
All violations are detected
Moderation is immediate
Users are responsible for ensuring their comments comply with the law.
However, Natty Hatty will act quickly on illegal content when identified.
8. Updates to This Policy
Natty Hatty may update this Illegal Content Policy periodically.
The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version.
