Natty Hatty, Inc. (“Natty Hatty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Natty Hatty Blog Platform located at blog.nattyhatty.com (“Blog Platform”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Data when you visit, read, or comment on blogs published through the Blog Platform.
The Blog Platform is separate from the main Natty Hatty Platform and Customer App but uses the same authentication account for login and commenting.
If you use the Natty Hatty Customer App or Business Center, please review the corresponding Privacy Policies for those products.

Blog Platform login using your Natty Hatty Customer App credentials

Note: Do not include sensitive information (health data, ID numbers, payment data, or minors’ private information) in comments. Comments are public.

These service providers process data strictly to support the Blog Platform.
Natty Hatty is PCI-DSS compliant via SAQ-A using Stripe (PCI Level 1 Service Provider) — however, no payment processing occurs on the Blog Platform.

We may disclose data when necessary:
To comply with law enforcement requests
To protect minors
To address safety threats
To prevent abuse, harassment, or fraud
To comply with legal obligations
6. Children’s Privacy
Because Natty Hatty involves youth sports, minors may have accounts.
