This User-Generated Content (“UGC”) Policy applies to all comments, replies, and interactions posted on the Natty Hatty Blog Platform located at blog.nattyhatty.com (“Blog Platform”).
By posting a comment or interacting with content, you agree to this UGC Policy.
Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that endanger minors, including inappropriate content, harassment, or exploitation.
1. What Counts as User-Generated Content
UGC on the Natty Hatty Blog Platform includes:
Comments
Replies
Reactions (if enabled)
Username, display name, and profile photo shown in comments
Any text you voluntarily provide in a comment
The Blog Platform does not allow uploads (files, photos, videos).
2. Public Visibility
All comments posted on the Blog Platform are:
Publicly visible
Indexed by search engines (unless restricted)
Displayed with the commenter’s name (and profile photo if enabled)
Accessible to all visitors without login
Do not include private or sensitive information.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, or share any content that:
3.1 Harms or Endangers Minors
Inappropriate references to minors
Sexual content involving minors
Bullying or harassment of children
Identifying personal information of minors
Photos, stories, or details about minors that violate privacy
Natty Hatty enforces a zero-tolerance standard for content that endangers minors.
3.2 Abusive or Harmful Content
Harassment
Threats
Hate speech
Discrimination
Defamation
Insults or hostile behavior
3.3 Illegal or Unsafe Content
Violence or weapons
Drugs or controlled substances
Criminal activity
Self-harm or suicide-related content
3.4 Spam, promotional, or deceptive content
Advertisements
Promotion of services or businesses
Affiliate links
Misinformation
Impersonation
3.5 Sensitive or Private Information
Do NOT post:
Health or medical details
Payment or financial information
Email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
Confidential business information
Personal information of any minor
3.6 Copyright or Trademark Violations
Copying articles without permission
Using protected images without rights
Sharing logos or trademarks without authorization
4. UGC License to Natty Hatty
By posting a comment, you grant Natty Hatty a:
Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Host
Display
Reproduce
Transmit
Store
…your comment solely for operating, displaying, and maintaining the Blog Platform.
Natty Hatty:
Does not use comments for marketing without consent
Does not sell or commercially exploit comment content
Does not use comments for AI or ML training
5. Moderation & Enforcement
Natty Hatty may remove, edit, or restrict comments if they:
Violate this UGC Policy
Pose risks to minors
Are abusive, harmful, or illegal
Disrupt the blog community
Contain personal information
Violate copyright or trademarks
Are spam or promotional
Present security risks
Enforcement actions may include:
Deleting comments
Blocking commenting abilities
Account suspension (via Customer App integration)
Reporting content to authorities (when involving minors or unlawful activity)
Natty Hatty is not required to:
Review comments before posting
Explain moderation decisions
Restore deleted content
6. Minor Safety
Because Natty Hatty serves youth-sports communities:
Minors should not post comments
Any minor-posted comments may be removed
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minor access
Content involving child safety concerns may be escalated
7. No Guarantee of Accuracy
User comments reflect the views of the commenter only.
Natty Hatty does not:
Endorse comments
Validate correctness
Guarantee accuracy
Take responsibility for user opinions or statements
Comments should not be considered professional advice.
8. Reporting Violations
Users may report harmful or inappropriate content at:
Natty Hatty may take action at its discretion.
9. Termination
Natty Hatty may revoke commenting privileges or suspend access if:
You violate this UGC Policy
You endanger minors
You post harmful/illegal content
Your Customer App account is restricted
Your behavior disrupts the Blog Platform
