This Taxes & Fees Disclosure explains how taxes and fees apply when parents, guardians, athletes, and customers (“End Users”) make payments through Natty Hatty.

Natty Hatty is committed to a clear, transparent, and simple checkout experience.

1. Taxes

1.1 Taxes Are Set by the Organization

The facility, organization, team, coach, or event operator sets its own tax rates.

Natty Hatty does not:

• Determine tax rates

• Add or remove taxes

• Decide tax eligibility

• Remit taxes on their behalf

All tax charges are displayed at checkout exactly as configured by the provider.

2. Fees

As an end user, you may see the following fees on Natty Hatty:

2.1 Combined Fee Display

For simplicity and transparency:

• All processing fees, platform fees, and program fees are displayed to you as a single combined fee at checkout.

This means:

• You will not see multiple separate line items

• All applicable fees are merged into one clean, easy-to-understand charge

• The Organization’s pricing and any platform-related fees are presented together in a single total amount

This ensures a smooth, predictable purchasing experience.

2.2 Convenience Fees

Convenience fees may be charged depending on the use of Natty Hatty Signature.

Seamless Checkout (Customer App + Signature Together)

• One convenience fee per waiver validity period (e.g., annual waiver).

Signature Used Outside Customer App

• A convenience fee per transaction.

Convenience fees help support secure document signing and verification.

2.3 Program / Registration Fees

These are set entirely by:

• Your facility

• Your team

• Your league

• Your coach or event provider

Natty Hatty does not influence program pricing.

Although these are collected through the platform, they appear as part of your single combined fee.

2.4 Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees (e.g., credit/debit card or ACH fees) may apply depending on the method and the Organization’s settings.

These are bundled into the combined fee, not shown separately.

2.5 No Subscription Fees for End Users

Parents, guardians, and players do not pay any recurring subscription fees to Natty Hatty.

Subscriptions are paid only by Organizations.

3. Refunds

Refund decisions belong entirely to the Organization you are paying.

Natty Hatty cannot:

• Approve or deny refunds

• Dictate refund timing

• Override the Organization’s refund policy

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.

4. Disputes / Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment:

• Your bank initiates the chargeback

• Stripe manages the evidence and investigation

• The Organization provides documentation

• Natty Hatty cannot influence the outcome of disputes.

5. Fee Transparency

Natty Hatty ensures:

• All taxes

• All program fees

• All platform/processing components

• All convenience fees

are shown to you clearly in a single combined total before you submit payment.

There are no hidden fees.
