All products, merchandise, equipment, and physical goods listed on Natty Hatty are:

• Created,

• Managed,

• Fulfilled, and

• Delivered

exclusively by the Organization you are purchasing from.

Natty Hatty does not manufacture, ship, store, or handle any products.

2. Shipping Orders

If your order is being shipped:

• The Organization is responsible for shipping your items.

• The Organization provides shipping timelines and tracking (when available).

• Delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments must be resolved directly with the Organization.

• Natty Hatty is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.

3. Pickup Orders

If your order is set for local pickup:

• You are responsible for picking up your items at the location and hours the Organization provides.

• The Organization must provide pickup details and instructions.

• Please inspect your items at pickup before accepting them.

• Once marked as “Picked Up,” the Organization may treat the order as completed.

Natty Hatty is not responsible for missed pickups or product condition after pickup.

For any issues with:

• Quality

• Incorrect items

• Damaged goods

• Missing products

• Late delivery

• Pickup problems

You must contact the Organization directly.

Their refund or exchange policy applies.

Natty Hatty does not mediate or guarantee product quality.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for merchandise are set solely by the Organization.

Natty Hatty:

• Does not determine refund eligibility

• Does not process refunds

• Does not accept return shipments

• Does not offer exchanges

All refund and return requests must be made directly to the Organization.

6. Tracking & Order Status

You can view your order status in:

• The order confirmation page

• Email/SMS notifications (when enabled)

Organizations must update order status; Natty Hatty shows the information provided by the Organization.

7. Final Acknowledgment

By completing this purchase, you agree that:

• The Organization is the seller and fulfillment provider

• Natty Hatty is the platform only, not the merchant

• Natty Hatty is not responsible for fulfillment, shipping, pickup, product quality, or refunds

• You have reviewed the Organization’s posted refund/return policy
