Natty Hatty Platform — Injury & Sports Risk Disclaimer

Natty Hatty, Inc. (“Natty Hatty,” “we,” “our”) provides a software platform (“Platform”) that enables Organizations to manage programs, events, rosters, schedules, payments, and participant information.
Natty Hatty does not own, operate, supervise, or control any physical activities, facilities, programs, or individuals participating in those programs.
This Injury & Sports Risk Disclaimer applies to all Platform users, including:
Organizations
Coaches & staff
Parents/guardians
Adult participants
Minor participants (through their guardians)
Anyone registering or signing documents through the Platform
Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that endanger minors, but Natty Hatty is not responsible for physical safety or on-site risk management.
1. Natty Hatty Is Not an Operator of Sports or Physical Programs
Natty Hatty:
Does not run or host any activities
Does not employ coaches or staff
Does not supervise or monitor events
Does not inspect facilities or equipment
Does not mandate or verify safety rules, qualifications, or certifications
Does not screen participants for medical or physical readiness
All programs are operated solely by the Organization, which is fully responsible for safety and risk management.
2. Inherent Risks of Sports & Physical Activity
Sports and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Sprains, strains, fractures, and broken bones
Collisions with equipment or other participants
Overexertion, dehydration, heat-related illness
Falling, slipping, or tripping
Concussions or head injuries
Contact injuries
Injuries from improper equipment use
Environmental hazards or facility conditions
Cardiovascular events
Psychological stress or emotional impact
Other unforeseeable risks associated with physical activity
Participation may also expose individuals to:
Weather conditions
Terrain variations
Physical contact
Unpredictable conduct of other participants
Users understand and assume these inherent risks by participating in any program listed on the Platform.
3. Natty Hatty Is Not Responsible for Injuries or Incidents
Natty Hatty is not liable for:
Injuries sustained during programs or training
Accidents before, during, or after an event
Unsafe facilities or training environments
Equipment malfunction or misuse
Failure of coaches or staff to follow safety procedures
Athlete misconduct or behavioral issues
Negligence by an Organization or its personnel
Weather-related incidents
Transportation to/from events
Medical conditions triggered during activity
Any loss, damage, or harm arising from participation
All risks are assumed by the participant and/or the Organization.
4. Program Safety, Medical Readiness & Supervision Are the Responsibility of the Organization
The Organization is exclusively responsible for:
Facility readiness
Equipment safety
Staff training and certification
Athlete supervision
Emergency procedures
First-aid readiness
Ensuring participants are physically capable
Monitoring minors
Providing accurate program descriptions
Communicating safety expectations
Handling injuries or incidents
Obtaining appropriate insurance coverage
Natty Hatty does not supervise or influence these operations.
5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
For minor participants, parents/guardians are responsible for:
Assessing whether the program is appropriate
Ensuring the child is physically capable
Reviewing the Organization’s safety policies
Completing medical or emergency forms
Monitoring participation
Ensuring transportation safety
Understanding risks associated with the program
Natty Hatty does not validate whether a program is safe or appropriate for a minor.
6. Signature Waivers & Legal Documents
When parents, guardians, or participants sign waivers or agreements through Natty Hatty Signature, they acknowledge that:
Natty Hatty is not the issuer of the document
The waiver is between the participant (or guardian) and the Organization
Natty Hatty does not review, validate, or enforce safety language
The content, legality, and adequacy of the waiver is the Organization’s responsibility
Natty Hatty is not a party to any liability release
Natty Hatty does not guarantee the waiver will protect participants or Organizations
Waivers remain valid regardless of refunds or program cancellations
7. No Medical Advice or Safety Certification
Natty Hatty does not:
Provide medical advice
Offer safety certifications
Evaluate medical conditions
Advise on training suitability
Provide risk-assessment services
Participants must consult qualified professionals if needed.
8. No Verification of Coaching Credentials or Background Checks
Natty Hatty does not:
Verify coaching experience
Confirm certifications
Conduct background checks
Evaluate safety training
Review Organization hiring processes
Organizations are solely responsible for staff vetting and compliance.

9. No Guarantee of Program Quality or Accuracy
Natty Hatty does not guarantee:
Accuracy of program descriptions
Training quality
Staff conduct
Suitability of activities
Facility conditions
Equipment quality
Scheduling or logistics
Organizations control all program information
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Natty Hatty is not liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or harm arising from program participation
Natty Hatty is not liable for negligence or misconduct by Organizations, coaches, staff, or participants
Natty Hatty’s total liability is limited to the amount paid to Natty Hatty for the specific service in the prior 12 months
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law
Users agree to hold Natty Hatty harmless from all injury-related claims
11. Acknowledgment of Risk
By registering, paying, signing, or participating in any program through the Natty Hatty Platform, users acknowledge:
Sports and physical activities carry inherent risks
They voluntarily assume those risks
Natty Hatty is not responsible for those risks
Organizations are responsible for ensuring safety
Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors
This acknowledgment is a condition of using the Platform
