Natty Hatty, Inc. (“Natty Hatty”) owns and protects all intellectual property associated with its platform, software, trademarks, brand assets, documentation, and content.

This Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) explains how Natty Hatty’s IP may be used, how user-generated content is handled, and what rights users grant to Natty Hatty when using the platform.

This Policy applies to all Organizations, coaches, parents, players, staff, and any other users accessing Natty Hatty.

1. Natty Hatty Ownership of Platform IP

Natty Hatty maintains full ownership of:

• Natty Hatty Customer App (iOS & Android)

• Natty Hatty Signature

• APIs and integrations

• Database schema

• Payment workflows

• Scheduling, roster, and team management modules

1.2 Brand & Trademarks

• “Natty Hatty”®

• Natty Hatty logos and icons

• Design system, color schemes, and branding

• “Signature by Natty Hatty” trademarks

Unauthorized use of Natty Hatty marks is prohibited.

1.3 Content & Documentation

• User interface text

• Help Center articles

• Legal policies

• Education materials

• Marketing assets

• All platform-generated content

All rights are reserved.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may upload or submit:

• Rosters

• Photos and videos

• Team names and branding

• Documents

• Signatures

• Messages and communications

• Program descriptions

• Event information

Users retain ownership of their UGC.

However, by uploading content, users grant Natty Hatty a:

Worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license

to host, store, display, process, transmit, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

Natty Hatty does not claim ownership of Organization content, team branding, or user-uploaded media.

3. Permission Granted to Organizations

Organizations using Natty Hatty are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for:

• Registrations

• Payments

• Signatures

• Team management

• Messaging

• Rosters

• Events and scheduling

Organizations may not:

• Copy or reverse engineer Natty Hatty

• Clone features or workflows

• Resell or sublicense the platform

• Display Natty Hatty trademarks without permission

4. Prohibited Use of Natty Hatty IP

Users may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy or replicate Natty Hatty software

• Remove copyright or trademark notices

• Use Natty Hatty logos without written approval

• Create derivative works based on Natty Hatty code or design

• Decompile or reverse engineer any aspect of the platform

• Use Natty Hatty branding in marketing without permission

• Represent themselves as Natty Hatty employees or agents

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Licensing of Educational, Training, and Safety Content

Natty Hatty may provide:

• Safety guidelines

• Training documents

• Templates for communications

• Example waivers or forms

• Knowledge-base content

These materials are licensed for operational use only and may not be republished, redistributed, or sold.

6. Protection of Minors’ Intellectual Property

Natty Hatty prohibits:

• Unauthorized use of minors’ photos

• Re-sharing minors’ names, rosters, or personal information

• Repurposing youth-generated content without consent

• Using minors’ likenesses for promotional use unless expressly authorized

Natty Hatty enforces a zero-tolerance stance on unauthorized exploitation of minors.

7. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Compliance

Natty Hatty complies fully with the DMCA.

Natty Hatty is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office as a Service Provider under 17 U.S.C. §512.

Copyright takedown requests may be submitted to:

8. Ownership of Signature & Audit Trail Technology

Natty Hatty exclusively owns:

• Signature engine logic

• Audit trail generation

• Document rendering infrastructure

• Device + IP fingerprinting logic

• Tamper-evident PDF encryption framework

Users cannot copy, extract, or recreate Natty Hatty Signature technology.

9. Derivative Data & Aggregated Analytics

Natty Hatty may process and generate:

• Aggregated usage statistics

• Non-identifying analytics

• Platform performance metrics

• System reliability data

Natty Hatty owns all rights to anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify individuals or Organizations.

Natty Hatty does not use minors’ data for AI/ML training of any kind.

10. Feedback & Suggestions

If users provide feedback, feature requests, or suggestions, users acknowledge that:

• Natty Hatty may use them freely

• No compensation or attribution is owed

• Natty Hatty retains all rights to improvements

• Feedback does not grant users ownership rights in the final product

This aligns with standard SaaS IP practices.

11. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Natty Hatty uses third-party services, including:

• AWS

• Stripe

• Apple/Google APIs

• Device integrity libraries

• Cloud infrastructure tools

These third-party components are governed by their respective licenses.

Users must respect all third-party IP rights.

12. Violations & Enforcement

Natty Hatty may respond to IP violations by:

• Removing infringing content

• Issuing written warnings

• Suspending accounts

• Terminating Organizations’ access

• Reporting violations to authorities

• Pursuing legal remedies where appropriate

Natty Hatty prioritizes enforcement when minors’ rights are impacted.
