Natty Hatty, Inc. (“Natty Hatty”) provides technology tools to support youth-sports Organizations, including registration, payments, rosters, scheduling, messaging, and e-signature workflows.

This Parent/Guardian Attestation Policy outlines what parents and guardians affirm, authorize, and acknowledge when creating accounts, enrolling minors, signing waivers, or using the Natty Hatty Customer Platform or App.

This attestation is required for all parents and guardians with minors participating through Natty Hatty.

1. Identity & Relationship Attestation

By creating an account or signing a document, the Parent/Guardian (“you”) attests that:

• You are the lawful parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) you register

• All information you provide is truthful and accurate

• You are authorized to make decisions on behalf of the minor

• You will update information promptly if it changes

• You understand that false statements may invalidate registrations, waivers, or payments

Natty Hatty does not independently verify parent/guardian identity or custody claims.

2. Consent to Register & Participate

By enrolling a minor in any program (team, clinic, league, event, tryout, membership, etc.), you affirm that:

• You voluntarily allow the minor to participate

• You understand that participation in sports carries inherent risks

• You agree to the program’s policies, fees, safety rules, and participation requirements

• You assume responsibility for ensuring the minor’s readiness and ability to participate

Natty Hatty is not responsible for the safety, operations, supervision, or conduct of organizations or coaches.

3. Consent for Digital Signatures (ESIGN / UETA / eIDAS)

You acknowledge:

• Your digital signature is legally binding

• You consent to receive and sign waivers electronically

• You agree that audit trails (IP address, timestamp, device ID, document hash) confirm your identity for legal purposes

• All documents signed electronically carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures

Natty Hatty does not draft waivers or provide legal interpretation.

4. Consent to Data Collection Under COPPA (Minors)

By using the platform, you acknowledge and authorize that:

• Natty Hatty collects limited personal information about minors only for legitimate sports administration

• You consent to such data collection and processing

• You may review, correct, or request deletion of minor data (subject to safety and retention laws)

• You understand that deleting essential program data may disrupt the minor’s participation

Natty Hatty does not sell or share minors’ data and complies with COPPA and CPRA requirements.

5. Medical / Emergency Information Attestation

If you provide medical, allergy, or emergency information, you attest that:

• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• You authorize coaches and Organizations to view it for safety purposes

• You understand that Natty Hatty does not review or validate medical details

• Organizations—not Natty Hatty—are responsible for medical readiness, risk management, and emergency action plans.

6. Payment & Billing Attestation

By making a payment or saving a card on file, you affirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method

• You understand charges may occur automatically if you opt into installment plans or memberships

• You understand payments are controlled by the Organization

• Refunds are governed solely by the Organization’s refund policies

• Natty Hatty is not responsible for approving or denying refunds

If using the integrated checkout with Natty Hatty Signature, you acknowledge:

• Combined convenience fees or platform fees may apply

• You have reviewed and accepted all displayed fees at checkout

• Natty Hatty does not determine or enforce Organization pricing or refund decisions.

7. Accuracy of Minor Profiles & Eligibility

You attest that:

• All information about the minor (age, grade, gender, experience level, etc.) is accurate

• You will not mislead Organizations regarding eligibility

• You understand that false information may result in removal from programs

• Natty Hatty does not verify minor eligibility or identity.

8. Consent for Messaging & Communication

By using Natty Hatty, you authorize:

• Organizations to contact you through email, SMS, or push notifications

• Coaches and staff to communicate with you regarding schedules, events, and program updates

• Guardians to view all communications related to minors

• Receipt of administrative messages from Natty Hatty

Natty Hatty does not monitor or moderate organization communications.

9. Consent for Limited Use of Minor Information

You authorize Organizations to:

• Display the minor’s name on rosters

• Manage team placement, scheduling, attendance, and assignments

• Share necessary information with coaches and staff

• Use information for safety, coordination, and program administration

Natty Hatty does not control or review Organization actions.

10. Acknowledgment of Organization Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Organizations—not Natty Hatty—are responsible for coaches, staff, practices, games, safety, and conduct

• Natty Hatty does not supervise or evaluate coaches

• Background checks, training, and child-safety protocols are handled by each Organization

• Natty Hatty does not guarantee the accuracy of Organization information

• Natty Hatty is a technology provider only, not an operator of youth-sports programs.

11. Indemnification for False Attestations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natty Hatty from claims arising out of:

• False or misleading information submitted by you

• Unauthorized registration of a minor

• Improper payment authorization

• Misuse of the platform

• Incorrect medical or emergency information

• Disputes between you and an Organization

This aligns with Natty Hatty’s broader Indemnification Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

Natty Hatty may update this policy periodically.

A revised “Effective Date” will reflect such updates.
