Natty Hatty is a technology provider only.

Natty Hatty does not operate, supervise, certify, or control any organization, event, program, team, coach, or individual using the platform.

This Platform Responsibility Disclaimer clarifies what Natty Hatty is not responsible for and establishes the boundaries of Natty Hatty’s obligations.

1. No Operational Control Over Organizations

Organizations using Natty Hatty are:

• Independent entities

• Solely responsible for their programs and activities

• Not agents, partners, or representatives of Natty Hatty

Natty Hatty does not:

• Hire, supervise, or train coaches

• Oversee practices, games, or events

• Dictate rules, policies, or safety standards

• Approve or certify organizations or staff

• Review or manage their internal operations

All operational decisions belong exclusively to the Organization.

2. No Responsibility for Coaching, Conduct, or Behavior

Natty Hatty is not responsible for:

• Coach actions, decisions, or conduct

• Volunteer or staff behavior

• Harassment, misconduct, or safety violations

• Interactions between users

• Communications sent by Organizations or coaches

• Compliance with child safety or background check laws

Organizations are solely responsible for:

• Screening and approving coaches

• Ensuring SafeSport compliance

• Maintaining safe environments

• Handling complaints or misconduct

Natty Hatty does not monitor or mediate interpersonal issues.

3. No Responsibility for Athletic Safety or Injuries

Natty Hatty does not:

• Supervise practices or games

• Provide athletic instruction

• Oversee equipment or facilities

• Guarantee safety of activities

• Provide medical advice or emergency response

• Carry insurance for participants

All risks associated with sports participation belong to the Organization, coaches, and participants.

4. No Responsibility for Accuracy of Information

Natty Hatty does not control or verify information submitted by Organizations or users, including:

• Rosters and team assignments

• Player ages or eligibility

• Program descriptions

• Pricing, fees, or refund policies

• Event details, schedules, or changes

• Waiver content

• Coaching credentials

• Organization certifications

Natty Hatty does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.

5. No Responsibility for Legal Documents or Waivers

Natty Hatty provides digital signing infrastructure (Natty Hatty Signature) but does not:

• Draft waivers, contracts, or legal forms

• Verify the legal adequacy of waivers

• Evaluate enforceability under state law

• Confirm identity of signers

• Provide legal advice

Organizations are fully responsible for:

• Creating lawful waivers

• Ensuring compliance with state requirements

• Consulting legal counsel

Natty Hatty is not a law firm and does not provide legal review.

6. No Responsibility for Payment Decisions or Financial Obligations

Natty Hatty uses Stripe to process payments but does not:

• Decide program fees

• Enforce refund policies

• Handle chargebacks

• Guarantee payout timing

• Approve or deny refunds

• Guarantee payment accuracy

• Reconcile discrepancies between Organizations and end users

Organizations control all financial actions and are fully responsible for them.

7. No Guarantee of Platform Availability

Natty Hatty aims for high availability but does not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime

• Uninterrupted service

• Error-free operation

• Real-time communication delivery

• Protection from outages caused by third-party providers (AWS, Stripe, etc.)

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external systems.

8. No Liability for User-Generated Content

Natty Hatty is not responsible for:

• Incorrect information uploaded by Organizations

• Inappropriate or unauthorized media

• Copyright-infringing content

• Misuse of communication tools

• Harmful, abusive, or offensive material

Organizations and users are solely responsible for the content they upload.

9. No Guarantee of Compliance with Laws

Natty Hatty does not guarantee that Organizations comply with:

• COPPA

• CPRA

• SafeSport

• State youth-sports laws

• Background check requirements

• Tax obligations

• Liability or insurance rules

• Privacy regulations

• Data retention obligations

Compliance is the sole responsibility of each Organization.

10. No Endorsement or Validation of Organizations or Coaches

Natty Hatty does not:

• Endorse any Organization

• Validate coaching qualifications

• Verify certifications

• Guarantee legitimacy or safety of programs

• Validate identity of coaches or staff

Use of Natty Hatty does not imply approval or endorsement by Natty Hatty.

11. No Mediation of Disputes

Natty Hatty does not mediate or resolve disputes involving:

• Coaches

• Parents

• Organizations

• Players

• Staff

• Payments or refunds

• Team assignments

• Conduct issues

• Scheduling or performance

These issues must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natty Hatty is not liable for:

• Injuries or accidents

• Emotional or physical harm

• Negligence of organizations or staff

• Data misuse by Organizations

• Unauthorized access to accounts

• Financial losses caused by Organizations

• Decisions made by coaches

• Program cancellations or changes

• Communication delays or failures

Natty Hatty provides technology as-is and without warranties.

13. User Acknowledgment

By using Natty Hatty, users acknowledge that:

• Natty Hatty is a software platform only

• Organizations are independent operators

• Natty Hatty does not supervise athletic activities

• Responsibility for safety rests with Organizations and parents

• Natty Hatty does not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or conduct
