Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that endanger minors.

To maintain a safe, compliant, and trusted environment for all users—especially minors—Natty Hatty prohibits the following activities. Violations may result in account suspension, data removal, payment freezes, or permanent termination at Natty Hatty’s discretion.

This list applies to all Organizations, coaches, parents, players, staff members, event operators, and any individual using Natty Hatty.

1. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Abusive Activities

You may not use Natty Hatty to:

• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

• Submit false documents, waivers, or information

• Impersonate individuals, teams, or organizations

• Bypass fees, manipulate pricing, or hack payout routing

• Charge customers without authorization

• Create fake accounts or manipulate online reviews

• Engage in money laundering or unlawful financial activity

• Circumvent Stripe onboarding or KYC verification

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

• Submit false DMCA complaints or counter-notices

2. Child Safety & Youth Sports Protections (STRICT)

Natty Hatty zero-tolerance prohibits:

• Uploading inappropriate images of minors

• Sharing personal data of minors without parental consent

• Contacting minors outside approved, parent-visible channels

• Harassment, grooming, or unsafe behavior toward youth

• Asking minors for personal phone numbers or private information

• Sharing or promoting adult, sexual, or violent content

• Attempting to circumvent parental/guardian controls

Natty Hatty may report severe violations to law enforcement.

3. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, share, or distribute:

• Pornography or sexually explicit material

• Violent, hateful, threatening, or abusive content

• Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory content

• Illegal drugs or paraphernalia

• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous items

• Defamatory or libelous content

• Copyright-infringing materials

• Malware, viruses, phishing links, or malicious code

• Deepfakes or deceptive AI-generated content involving minors

4. Payment Abuse & Financial Misconduct

Users may not:

• Charge cards-on-file without proper authorization

• Use Natty Hatty to collect payments for prohibited industries

• Issue fraudulent refunds or manipulate chargebacks

• Evade Stripe processing or Natty Hatty fee structures

• Store card data outside approved Stripe workflows

• Conduct cash-advance style transactions

• Redirect payments outside Natty Hatty or Stripe

Natty Hatty may hold funds or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Misuse of Natty Hatty Signature

Strictly prohibited:

• Forging signatures

• Uploading falsified documents

• Altering PDFs outside Natty Hatty

• Creating misleading or invalid waivers

• Using Signature to gather data improperly

• Signing on behalf of unauthorized individuals

6. Data Misuse & Privacy Violations

Users may not:

• Scrape or harvest user data or email lists

• Use bots to collect information

• Sell or transfer user or athlete data

• Use personal data for unrelated marketing

• Store private data outside approved jurisdictions

• Attempt to de-anonymize anonymized data

7. Security Violations

Prohibited activities include:

• Hacking, probing, or bypassing security controls

• Reverse-engineering Natty Hatty code or APIs

• Uploading malicious files

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts

• Injecting code or exploiting flaws

• Interfering with servers, networks, or MFA systems

8. Misuse of Communications Tools (Anti-Spam)

Users may not:

• Send mass unsolicited emails

• Upload purchased contact lists

• Send promotional blasts without consent

• Misrepresent the sender identity

• Ignore unsubscribe requests

• Use messages for harassment or intimidation

9. Unauthorized Commercial Activities

You may not use the platform to:

• Promote unrelated businesses

• Sell non-sports products

• Solicit off-platform payments

• Advertise external services without permission

• Use Natty Hatty as a general advertising platform

10. Platform Integrity & Fair Use

You may not:

• Manipulate tryout results or team placements

• Falsify player stats or achievements

• Create misleading team, coach, or athlete profiles

• Falsify roster, eligibility, or age information

• Mislead parents or athletes in any way
