Natty Hatty — Platform Terms & Conditions (T&C)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Natty Hatty Platform, including:
“Signature Product” or “Signature” means Natty Hatty’s digital signature software module.
Natty Hatty Customer App (Parent/Guardian/Coach/Athlete app)
Natty Hatty Signature (authenticated signature flows)
Program registrations, rosters, bookings, events, payments, documents, waivers, and related services
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or submitting information, you (“User,” “Organization,” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that endanger minors.
1. Definitions
“Natty Hatty” means Natty Hatty, Inc.
“Platform” means all authenticated digital services provided by Natty Hatty.
“Organization” means facilities, teams, clubs, academies, providers, or operators using the Platform.
“End User” means parents, guardians, athletes, or adult participants.
“Coach/Staff” means individuals invited by an Organization to manage or run programs.
“Customer App” means the mobile or web app used by End Users.
“Business Center” means the Organization dashboard.
“Signature” means the Natty Hatty digital signing product.
“Document” means waivers, policies, forms, agreements, or legal documents published by Organizations.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
At least 18 years old OR
A parent/guardian acting on behalf of a minor
Organizations must be legally incorporated or authorized to operate.
Minors may use the Platform only through a parent/guardian account.
3. Account Registration
You must provide:
Accurate information
A valid email address
A valid phone number (if using SMS features)
You agree to:
Keep login credentials confidential
Not share accounts
Immediately report unauthorized use
Maintain updated contact information
Natty Hatty may disable accounts for security, compliance, or abuse.
4. Platform Functionality
The Platform enables Organizations to:
Manage programs, events, teams, rosters
Collect payments
Collect signatures
Send communications
Run scheduling and attendance
Manage registrations, bookings, memberships
End Users may:
Register for programs
Pay fees
Sign documents
Receive updates
Access schedules and rosters
Communicate with Organizations
Natty Hatty is not a training provider, event operator, or Organization.
All programs are created and managed exclusively by Organizations.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.
By paying or receiving payouts, you agree to Stripe’s terms.
Organizations are responsible for:
Platform fees
Stripe processing fees
ACH fees
Disputes
Refund decisions
Misuse of card-on-file
Natty Hatty does not mediate payment disputes.

6. Signatures & Documents
Natty Hatty Signature supports:
Adult signatures
Parent/guardian signatures for minors
Timestamping
audit logs
IP address/device logs
Hashing & document locking
Legally binding e-signatures (ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS compliant)
Organizations create and control their own documents.
Natty Hatty is not responsible for:
Legal sufficiency of documents
The content or wording
Whether a document meets legal or sport regulatory requirements
Organizations are solely responsible for:
Ensuring documents comply with law
Obtaining proper parent/guardian consent
Ensuring minors are properly protected

7. Communications
The Platform sends:
Transactional emails
Payment confirmations
Scheduling updates
Roster notifications
Signature confirmations
Organization messages
Marketing messages require opt-in.
Users may opt out through the SMS & Email Consent Policy.
8. Conduct & Prohibited Use
You may not:
Endanger minors
Upload unsafe or illegal content
Misuse card-on-file
Falsify documents or signatures
Scrape, hack, or disrupt the Platform
Harass staff, coaches, parents, or participants
Create fraudulent programs
Conduct gambling, adult content, weapons, CBD, or illegal activities
Upload viruses or harmful code
Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

9. Youth Safety
Organizations must comply with:
Child-safety laws
Required coaching certifications
Required background checks
Mandatory reporting obligations
Parent/guardian contact verification
Natty Hatty does not:
Vet Organizations
Run background checks
Confirm coach credentials
Supervise events or activities
Natty Hatty is a technology provider only.

10. Platform Responsibility Disclaimer
Natty Hatty does not own, operate, or oversee programs.
Natty Hatty is not responsible for injuries, incidents, or negligence.
Natty Hatty does not employ coaches or staff.
Natty Hatty does not control decisions made by Organizations.
Natty Hatty is not liable for the behavior of coaches, staff, or participants.
Natty Hatty does not guarantee the accuracy of documents created by Organizations.
Organizations are entirely responsible for their operations.
11. Injury, Sports Risk & Activity Disclaimer
Sports involve inherent risks. Natty Hatty is not responsible for:
Injuries
Accidents
Illness
Hazards on premises
Misconduct by coaches or participants
Equipment failure
Environmental conditions
End Users acknowledge risks when participating in programs created by Organizations.
Organizations must provide their own waivers and safety guidelines.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, content, trademarks, and features belong to Natty Hatty. You may not:
Copy
Reverse engineer
Reproduce
Redistribute
Frame
Mirror
Sell Platform assets
Organizations retain ownership of the content they upload. Natty Hatty retains a limited
license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide Platform services.
13. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Indemnity
Organizations and Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of:
Rosters
Documents
Waivers
Program descriptions
Logos, branding, and media
Messages sent to Users
Scheduling content
Registration requirements
Coaching information
You agree to indemnify Natty Hatty from all liabilities arising from UGC.

14. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by:
Platform Privacy Policy
DPA (for Organizations)
SCCs (for international transfers)
CPRA Addendum
Children’s Privacy Policy (COPPA)
Cookie Policy
Natty Hatty does not sell personal data.
15. Third-Party Services
Natty Hatty integrates with:
Stripe
Twilio/SendGrid
AWS
Cloudflare
Mobile app stores
Scheduled updates & analytics tools
Natty Hatty is not responsible for failures or outages from third-party providers.
16. Service Availability
Natty Hatty aims for reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party disruptions may occur.
Organizations should have contingency plans for live events and activities.
17. Termination
Natty Hatty may suspend or terminate access for:
Legal violations
Fraud
Abuse
Nonpayment
Youth-safety risks
Security threats
You may close your account at any time. Some obligations survive termination, including:
Refund responsibilities
Chargeback responsibilities
Indemnity
Limitation of liability
Fraud prevention
Audit log retention rules
18. Disclaimers
Natty Hatty provides the Platform “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTIES. Natty Hatty does not guarantee:
Accuracy of Organization content
Event success
Staff or coach conduct
Physical safety
Payment reliability
Document legality
Roster accuracy
Program quality
Organizations are independent entities, not employees or agents of Natty Hatty.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Natty Hatty is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Natty Hatty’s total liability is limited to the amount paid to Natty Hatty in the prior 12 months.
Natty Hatty is not liable for disputes between Users, parents, coaches, or Organizations.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
State of Delaware (Natty Hatty’s corporate jurisdiction)
or
Organization’s contract terms, if applicable.
Any disputes must be resolved in Delaware or the binding jurisdiction listed in your Organization agreement.
21. Changes to Terms
Natty Hatty may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
