The Natty Hatty Platform (“Platform”) allows Organizations, coaches, staff, parents, guardians, and participants (“Users”) to create, upload, submit, or manage various forms of User-Generated Content (“UGC”).

This UGC Policy governs all content submitted through the Business Center, Customer App, or Signature flows.

Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that endanger minors and for abusive, illegal, or harmful content.

By using the Platform, Users agree to this UGC Policy.

1. What Counts as User-Generated Content (UGC)

UGC includes any information Users create, upload, or submit, including:

• Organization details & profile information

• Team rosters & player data

• Photos, videos, team logos, branding

• Program descriptions, schedules, session plans

• Event details and booking information

• Messages sent through the Platform

• Payment titles, item descriptions, and pricing text

• Signature documents, waivers, forms, and fields

• Notes, comments, updates, and announcements

• Contact information submitted by Users

• Staff profiles and bios

• Medical or emergency contact forms

• Any free-text fields anywhere in the Platform

All of this is UGC controlled entirely by the Organization and the submitting User, not by Natty Hatty.

2. Natty Hatty Does Not Review, Monitor, or Approve UGC

Natty Hatty does not:

• Pre-screen content

• Verify accuracy of information

• Validate legal sufficiency of waivers

• Confirm identity or credentials

• Check for compliance with sports governing bodies

• Moderate or remove content unless legally required

• Review scheduling or roster content

• Oversee parent/coach communications

Organizations are fully responsible for the content they publish.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the content they submit for their children.

3. Prohibited User-Generated Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

3.1 Illegal or harmful content

• Violent content

• Threats or harassment

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content

• Child exploitation or minor-endangering material

• Illegal drug references

• Weapons instructions

• Fraudulent information

3.2 Abuse, harassment, bullying

Including but not limited to:

• Harassment of parents, coaches, participants

• Bullying or humiliating minors

• Doxxing or sharing personal information

• Hate speech or discriminatory content

3.3 Dangerous or negligent activity

• Unsafe training instructions

• Misleading safety information

• False or incomplete emergency instructions

3.4 Deceptive content

• Fake rosters

• Fake programs or events

• Incorrect pricing or misrepresentation

• Fraudulent staff identities

• Misleading documents or waivers

3.5 Infringement

• Unauthorized team logos

• Copied videos or media

• Documents copied from other organizations

• Trademark, copyright, or IP violations

Natty Hatty may remove prohibited content or suspend accounts where necessary.

4. User Responsibilities for UGC

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information

• Not post misleading or fraudulent content

• Protect minors by not uploading harmful media

• Use UGC only for lawful and sports-appropriate purposes

• Obtain rights or permission before uploading media

• Avoid uploading unnecessary personal or medical information

• Follow privacy laws when entering participant information

Organizations must ensure their UGC:

• Complies with applicable laws

• Follows child safety rules

• Respects data privacy obligations

• Reflects accurate program information

• Does not include sensitive or regulated data (e.g., SSNs, government IDs)
