2. Organizations Are Solely Responsible for Screening

Each Organization is fully responsible for:

• Conducting background checks on coaches, trainers, and volunteers

• Ensuring compliance with local, state, national, or governing-body requirements

• Verifying coaching certifications, licenses, or training

• Determining whether an individual is appropriate to work with minors

• Maintaining records of completed background checks

• Enforcing safety and misconduct prevention policies

Natty Hatty does not require or verify any form of background screening.

3. No Guarantee or Endorsement of Any Individual

Natty Hatty does not:

• Guarantee the identity or character of any coach, volunteer, or staff member

• Endorse any individual appearing on a program page

• Represent that any individual has passed a background check

• Confirm that an Organization follows screening requirements

Any assumption that someone has been vetted or approved is solely between you and the Organization.

4. No Liability for Coaching, Staff, or Volunteer Conduct

Natty Hatty is not liable for:

• Criminal behavior

• Misconduct or negligence

• Abuse or inappropriate behavior

• Failure of the Organization to screen or supervise individuals

• Violations of state or federal youth protection laws

All risk and safety obligations rest with the Organization and program administrators.
