1. Automatic Account Creation

A Natty Hatty Customer App account will be automatically created for you using the information you provide at checkout.

You will receive an email containing temporary login credentials.

Your account allows you to securely access:

• Order history

• Digital receipts

• Signed documents

• Participant information

• Subscription details

• Payment records

This account is required for secure document access, identity verification, and legal compliance.

2. Payment Method Storage & Card Tokenization

Your payment method will be securely stored and tokenized by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).

Natty Hatty does not store full card numbers.

You authorize:

• Storage of your payment method for future billing

• Use of your stored payment method for charges related to this purchase

• Identity verification tied to your payment method

3. Payment Method Sharing Rules

3.1 With Family (Customer Wallet)

If you are part of a Family Group in the Natty Hatty Customer App, your payment method may become available for authorized family members to use.

You may adjust sharing settings at any time after the purchase.

3.2 With Organizations (Subscriptions)

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription or payment plan:

• Your payment method will be automatically shared with the Organization for subscription billing

• You cannot revoke the Organization’s access to this payment method while the subscription is active

• To revoke access, you must cancel the subscription first and then update or remove the card in your Wallet

This authorization remains valid until canceled.

4. Payment Authorization for Recurring Charges

If your purchase includes a membership, subscription, recurring fee, or payment plan, you explicitly authorize:

• Recurring charges to your stored payment method

• Automatic billing on the schedule presented at checkout

• Renewal charges until you cancel

• Automatic retries on failed charges

• Billing for any outstanding balance on your account

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Natty Hatty Customer App account.

Natty Hatty is not responsible for charges incurred due to your failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

5. Digital Signatures & Legal Document Access

If your purchase includes any digital waiver, document, or legal form:

• You agree to sign electronically under the ESIGN Act and UETA

• Your signature carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature

• Your signed documents will be permanently retained for legal and compliance reasons

• You may access them anytime through your Customer App account

Digital signatures cannot be revoked once applied.

6. Parent/Guardian Verification

If you are registering or signing on behalf of a minor:

• You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian

• You authorize the storage and processing of minor data

• You authorize electronic signatures on behalf of the minor

• You accept responsibility for the accuracy of all submitted information

Natty Hatty maintains a zero-tolerance minor safety policy.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, credit policies, or program changes are set and controlled exclusively by the Organization providing the service you are purchasing.

Natty Hatty:

• Does not determine refund eligibility

• Does not issue refunds on behalf of Organizations

• Is not responsible for pricing, cancellations, or service fulfillment

Any refund request must be submitted directly to the Organization.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Chargebacks may result in suspension of your Customer App account

• Organizations may provide evidence to your bank

• Natty Hatty may provide device/IP logs, signature audit trails, and payment metadata to Stripe or your bank as part of dispute investigations

Natty Hatty cannot override Stripe or bank dispute decisions.

9. Data Privacy & Processing

Your information will be processed in accordance with the Natty Hatty Website Privacy Policy.

Natty Hatty:

• Does not sell personal data

• Does not share personal data for advertising

• Honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) and “Do Not Sell/Share” requests

• Only processes data necessary to complete your transaction and maintain your Customer App account

10. Safety, Compliance & Audit Logging

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Natty Hatty may collect device, IP, and event logs for fraud prevention and signature audit trails

• Natty Hatty may retain signed documents, logs, and billing metadata for compliance with ESIGN, PCI, and Stripe requirements

• Natty Hatty may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unpaid obligations

These measures ensure secure access to registrations, minors’ data, and legal waivers.

11. Agreement to All Linked Policies

By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to:

• Website Terms of Service

• Website Privacy Policy

• Digital Signature Disclosure (if applicable)

• Do Not Sell/Share Policy

• Payments Policy

• Refund Policy (posted by the Organization)

• Payment Method Sharing Policy

• Parent/Guardian Attestation (if applicable)
