1. You Are the Parent or Legal Guardian of the Minor

By submitting a registration or signing a document:

• You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, or

• You have full legal authority to act on behalf of the minor

You agree that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.

2. You Accept Responsibility for the Minor’s Participation

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:

• The minor’s participation in the program

• Ensuring the minor is physically able to participate

• Understanding risks associated with youth sports

• Providing accurate medical or emergency information to the Organization

• Complying with all program rules and requirements

Natty Hatty is not responsible for participant readiness, safety, or supervision.

3. You Understand All Program Details Are Provided by the Organization

You acknowledge that:

• Program descriptions, schedules, fees, requirements, and policies are created solely by the Organization

• Natty Hatty does not verify or guarantee program information

• Any questions about the program must be directed to the Organization

Natty Hatty is a technical platform and is not the program provider.

4. You Agree That All Legal Documents Are Between You and the Organization

When you sign a waiver or policy:

• The document is authored by the Organization

• Your signature creates a legally binding agreement between you and the Organization

• Natty Hatty is not a party to the agreement

• Signed documents remain valid even if a refund is provided

Natty Hatty only provides the technical signature tool.

5. You Confirm Your Consent to Electronic Signatures (ESIGN/UETA)

By signing electronically, you acknowledge that:

• Your electronic signature is legally valid

• You consent to electronic records and signatures

• You have the ability to download, save, or print the signed document

Natty Hatty provides the signature platform but does not modify or interpret the agreement.

6. You Agree to Provide Accurate Contact & Medical Information

You attest that:

• All contact information is accurate

• Emergency contact details are correct

• Any medical conditions are disclosed directly to the Organization

• You understand that Natty Hatty does not collect or manage medical information

All health and safety communication is between you and the Organization.

7. You Understand Natty Hatty Is Not Responsible for Safety or Supervision

You acknowledge that Natty Hatty:

• Does not supervise minors

• Does not ensure facility or equipment safety

• Does not hire, train, or monitor staff

• Does not provide medical or athletic oversight

• Has no involvement in the delivery of the program

Safety is exclusively the responsibility of the Organization.

8. You Agree That Any Refunds or Cancellations Must Be Handled by the Organization

You acknowledge that:

• Refunds, cancellations, and credits are determined by the Organization

• Natty Hatty does not issue or mediate refunds

• Any financial disputes must be directed to the Organization

Natty Hatty cannot modify or override refund policies.

9. You Agree to Follow All Program Rules

You attest that you and the minor will comply with:

• Program policies

• Safety rules

• Code of conduct requirements

• Drop-off/pick-up procedures

• Any additional rules set by the Organization

Natty Hatty does not enforce program rules.
