Natty Hatty, Inc. (“Natty Hatty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software tools used by Organizations (youth sports clubs, facilities, coaches, teams, and operators).
Natty Hatty is a technology platform.
Natty Hatty is not the merchant of record and does not own, operate, or control the programs offered by Organizations.
By paying through a Natty Hatty–hosted page, you agree to these Terms.
1. How Payments Work
All payments submitted through Natty Hatty–hosted public pages use:
✓ Stripe, Inc.
— PCI-DSS Level 1 certified
✓ Tokenized payment methods
(Natty Hatty never stores full card numbers)
✓ Secure checkout hosted on Natty Hatty
Natty Hatty processes payments on behalf of the Organization, not on behalf of Natty Hatty itself.
Funds are delivered to the Organization that created the program.
2. Fees You May See at Checkout
Depending on how the Organization has configured their page, you may see:
2.1 Program Fees
Amounts set by the Organization (not Natty Hatty).
2.2 Platform Fees
Natty Hatty charges the Organization a platform fee per transaction.
Organizations may pass these fees to customers, and they may appear combined or itemized.
2.3 Stripe Processing Fees
Stripe applies card and ACH processing fees.
These may be included in your total fee if charged through the Organization.
2.4 Convenience Fee (Signature + Checkout)
If the Organization uses Natty Hatty Customer Platform + Signature in a single flow:
A single convenience fee may be charged per document validity period (e.g., seasonal/annual waivers).
If Signature is used outside the Customer Platform checkout:
A convenience fee may be charged per transaction.
All fees are shown clearly at checkout.
3. Refunds
3.1 Organizations Control All Refunds
Refunds are not decided by Natty Hatty.

If an Organization elects to refund:
Stripe processing fees, and
Natty Hatty platform fees
Then the Organization pays:
The refunded balance

A 1% administrative fee (min $1, max based on total)
Customers will see the refunded amount according to the Organization’s policy.
