• Does not run or supervise any program, team, facility, training session, camp, clinic, league, or tournament

• Does not employ coaches, trainers, referees, or staff

• Does not verify coaching quality, facility safety, athletic skill, or program outcomes

All youth sports programs are created, owned, managed, and operated exclusively by theOrganization you are interacting with.

2. Natty Hatty Is Not a Merchant of Record

Natty Hatty:

• Does not set program prices

• Does not collect or hold funds

• Does not issue refunds

• Does not handle disputes regarding program quality, training, scheduling, or conduct

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and all funds are paid directly to theOrganization.

3. No Responsibility for Program Content or Accuracy

Program listings, descriptions, schedules, pricing, policies, documents, and images appearing on Natty Hatty–hosted pages are:

• Provided solely by the Organization

• Not verified or guaranteed by Natty Hatty

• Subject to change at the Organization’s discretion

Natty Hatty is not responsible for:

• Incorrect information

• Miscommunications

• Program availability

• Cancellations or rescheduling

• Staff changes or coaching decisions

4. No Liability for Participant Safety or Conduct

Natty Hatty is not responsible for:

• Injuries

• Accidents or medical incidents

• Safety of practices, games, or events

• Facility conditions

• Equipment safety

• Staff behavior or misconduct

• Athlete supervision or welfare

All safety obligations and duty of care belong exclusively to the Organization.

5. No Responsibility for Coaching Credentials or Background Checks

Natty Hatty:

• Does not perform background checks

• Does not verify certifications, training, or licenses

• Is not responsible for coaching qualifications

• Does not monitor compliance with state, federal, or governing body requirements

Verification and screening are entirely the responsibility of the Organization.

6. No Responsibility for Refunds, Credits, or Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, credits, and any financial adjustments are:

• Managed exclusively by the Organization

• Not controlled or mediated by Natty Hatty

Natty Hatty does not guarantee or enforce any refund policies.

7. No Responsibility for Legal Agreements or Signatures

When you sign a waiver, agreement, or policy through Natty Hatty Signature:

• The document is created and required by the Organization

• Natty Hatty does not author, review, or validate the content

• Your signature is delivered to the Organization

• Natty Hatty is not a party to the agreement

• Natty Hatty does not assume liability under any signed document

All contractual obligations exist solely between you and the Organization.

8. Technical Platform Only

Natty Hatty provides:

• Hosting of registration, payment, and signature pages

• Technical tools for Organizations

• Secure payment processing via Stripe

• Secure document storage and audit logs

• Communication tools provided at the Organization’s request

Natty Hatty does not influence or control how Organizations use these tools.

9. No Guarantee of Service Availability or Program Outcomes

Natty Hatty does not guarantee:

• That an Organization will deliver any program

• That a program will not be changed or canceled

• Timeliness of Organization communications

• Athlete development, placement, or competitive results

Your sole relationship is with the Organization running the program.
