These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the public-facing website operated by Natty Hatty, Inc. (“Natty Hatty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including:
nattyhatty.com and all marketing/product pages
Public informational pages
Public program pages hosted for Organizations
Public transactional and registration pages
Public signature pages (Natty Hatty Signature)
Pages accessible via link, QR code, text, or email without login
These Terms apply only to the website and publicly hosted pages.
They do not govern use of the Natty Hatty platform, Business Center, Customer App, Dashboard, or admin features.
Those services are governed by separate Platform Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Natty Hatty website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse the website
Upload harmful code or automated scripts
Scrape or harvest website data without permission
Misrepresent your identity
Interfere with program pages or signature flows
Access pages or data not intended for you
Natty Hatty may restrict access if misuse is detected.
2. Public Program Pages & Hosted Registration Forms
Organizations may create program pages, event listings, registration forms, and payment flows that Natty Hatty hosts publicly.
You acknowledge that:
Information you submit on these pages is shared with the Organization
Each Organization determines its own refund, pricing, and program policies
Natty Hatty is not responsible for Organization decisions or actions
Organizations must provide their own terms and refund rules
You agree not to misuse registration pages or submit false information.
3. Payments on Natty Hatty–Hosted Pages
If you make a payment on a page hosted by Natty Hatty:
Payments are processed by Stripe
Natty Hatty never stores full credit/debit card numbers
All disputes, refunds, and program decisions belong to the Organization operating the page
Your payment is between you and the Organization, not Natty Hatty.
Natty Hatty is a technology platform, not a merchant of record.
4. Digital Signatures on Natty Hatty (Signature Pages)
Organizations may request legally binding digital signatures through Natty Hatty Signature.
You acknowledge that:
Signature pages are hosted on Natty Hatty’s website
Device and IP information may be logged for audit purposes
Your signed document will be shared with the requesting Organization
Natty Hatty complies with ESIGN, UETA, and eIDAS standards
Natty Hatty does not validate the legality of the content within documents — that responsibility lies with the Organization.

5. Automatic Account Creation After Checkout
1. Automatic Creation of a Natty Hatty Customer Account
When you complete a transaction on the Natty Hatty website—including payments for programs, events, bookings, memberships, merchandise, or any signature-enabled document—Natty Hatty will automatically create a Natty Hatty Customer App account on your behalf (the “Customer Account”).
This account is required to:
Provide secure access to your order and payment history
Deliver receipts and transaction confirmations
Store and display digitally signed documents
Allow management of participants or family profiles
Enable refunds, adjustments, credits, or dispute handling
Meet compliance, record-keeping, and verification obligations
By completing a transaction, you authorize Natty Hatty to create and maintain this Customer Account for the purposes described above.
2. Information Used to Create Your Account
Your Customer Account is created using the information you voluntarily provide at checkout, which may include:
Name
Email address
Phone number (if provided)
Participant information
Transaction and order details
Natty Hatty does not store full credit card numbers. All card data is tokenized and securely processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).
3. Temporary Credentials & Password Setup
After your Customer Account is created:
You will receive an email containing temporary login credentials or an activation link
You must create a new password during your first login
Until password reset, account access is protected through secure token-based authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Required Access for Signature & Order Retrieval
Some transactions may involve:
Digital waivers
Legal documents
Required e-signatures
Minor-related consent records
Your Customer Account provides the necessary authenticated access to view, download, or manage these documents.
You agree that access to these materials cannot be provided without an account.
5. Subscription & Recurring Payment Visibility
If a transaction includes:
A payment plan
A recurring subscription
A membership package
Your Customer Account allows you to:
View active subscriptions
Manage billing preferences
Review renewal dates
Access invoices and payment history
6. Your Responsibilities
By using the website or completing a transaction, you agree to:

9. No Opt-Out for Account Creation When Required
If your transaction involves:
A digital signature
A waiver
A minor participant
A recurring payment

A service that requires identity verification
You acknowledge that account creation is required to complete the purchase or access your materials.
If you do not wish to create an account, you must refrain from completing the transaction.
6. Website Content & Intellectual Property
